Phoenix Parents' Association

To help and support the school

The Phoenix Parents' Association (PPA) is a group of volunteer parents assisted by a teacher representative and the head teacher. Our aim is simple: to help and support the school and in doing so advance our children’s education and recreation at school as well as helping to foster a sense of community between our Phoenix families. We fundraise to provide school with facilities, equipment or activities that it would not otherwise be able to make available to our children. Much of our fundraising consists of events. We aim for these events to be fun and enjoyable for pupils, parents and staff whilst strengthening the school community. We also provide catering and refreshments for sporting events and other school activities.

PPA can only work with your support and involvement! Every bit of help counts and there are lots of different ways to get involved. It could be as simple as coming along and supporting an event like the Bingo evening or buying a raffle ticket; helping at, or helping to promote and run an event; maybe suggesting new fundraising ideas? So come and join us! Many hands really do make light work and in turn your children can be proud of what we achieve.
